Salve
+/-Hi BiT! Now that you are also an administrator, be sure to check your contributions for facts and format. Every pronoun page you put in for Icelandic equivalents of "he, she, it" defined themselves as first person pronouns. Also note that unlike on the English Wiktionary, where every conceivable form of a word gets a full entry, here only headwords get entries, and inflected forms just get a pointer back to the headword, under the "Formae affines" header. This rule seems to have been passed by being written down so far, but that is how it has been being done. —Myces Tiberinus 11:18, 25 Octobris 2006 (UTC)
- Oh ok, I'll try not too add every single conjugatable form of evry word. I'll try to do good otherwise. Thank you. BiT 14:56, 25 Octobris 2006 (UTC)
Verbum
+/-verbum, plur. verba. :) —Myces Tiberinus 01:58, 9 Novembris 2006 (UTC)
- Ofcourse :) it's been fixed. --BiT 13:24, 9 Novembris 2006 (UTC)
Quod erat superfluum
+/-About this — was done incompletely. The standing format calls for either bold equivalent, principal parts, ||, and (optionally) a more specific definition, or just a quick gloss or definition. If you mean to indicate that "bonus" is not suitable as an exact translation for any sense of いい, the bold should be removed as well. —Mucius Tever 18:03, 22 Septembris 2007 (UTC)
Spacebirdy Bot
+/-Salve, BiT!
Spacebirdy has asked about using his Bot for our Wiktionary on Victionarium:Bots, but has not received any answer yet. Since I am not an Administrator, I do not dare to give him the permission or refuse. Could you do something about this (his dicussion page is meta: Spacebirdy talk? Thank you in advance! --Abmf 17:41, 21 Iunii 2008 (UTC)
Your admin status
+/-Hello. I'm a steward. A new policy regarding the removal of "advanced rights" (administrator, bureaucrat, etc.) was adopted by community consensus recently. According to this policy, the stewards are reviewing administrators' activity on wikis with no inactivity policy.
You meet the inactivity criteria (no edits and no log actions for 2 years) on lawiktionary, where you are an administrator. Since that wiki does not have its own administrators' rights review process, the global one applies.
If you want to keep your rights, you should inform the community of the wiki about the fact that the stewards have sent you this information about your inactivity. If the community has a discussion about it and then wants you to keep your rights, please contact the stewards at m:Stewards' noticeboard, and link to the discussion of the local community, where they express their wish to continue to maintain the rights, and demonstrate a continued requirement to maintain these rights.
We stewards will evaluate the responses. If there is no response at all after approximately one month, we will proceed to remove your administrative rights. In cases of doubt, we will evaluate the responses and will refer a decision back to the local community for their comment and review. If you have any questions, please contact us on m:Stewards' noticeboard.
